Bio

Terri is a Tuscaloosa native and an avid Alabama fan! She graduated from The University of Alabama with a B.S. and M. A. degree in Early Childhood Education. Terri taught 25 years in the Tuscaloosa School Systems before retiring in 2013.  She is married to Graves Watkins, a Tuscaloosa commercial contractor with Watkins Construction Company. They have two grown children, Riley Jo 25 and Trace 23. She is very excited and proud to be joining the Hamner Real Estate Team.
