Carol Alfrod, Realtor, has joined Hamner Real Estate as a sales agent.
Carol’s background includes over twenty-five years experience in healthcare strategic
planning and development, consulting and sales with a major healthcare company in Nashvillle, TN.
She received her undergraduate degree form the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and her MBA from Troy University Dothan.
Carol’s primary focus will be Capstone Estates located at the Capstone Club and Golf Course in Brookwood. She will be working directly with the new developers, Covered Bridges Properties, to develop both the garden home and estate lots. Carol and her husband, Jim, were the first residents of the Capstone and still reside there. She will be the “Resident Agent” on site available to answer questions about the development.
